The APEX Emergency Response Locker expands the capability of rapid deployment by providing greater storage capacity for critical breaching, medical, and protective equipment in a secure, pre-staged platform. Designed for high-risk environments, the APEX allows first responders to quickly access essential tools such as the JTC CLAW, JERSEY BAR HALLIGAN, advanced medical kits, ballistic shields, breaching tools, PPE, and other mission-critical assets required to execute a BREACH and preserve life during an emergency.

Built in alignment with Jersey Tactical Corp.’s core principle of #PATROLALIFE, the APEX platform enhances readiness by ensuring equipment is strategically positioned where response is needed most — reducing retrieval time and improving operational effectiveness.

Constructed from heavy-duty galvanized steel alloy, the APEX Emergency Response Locker is engineered for durability, weather resistance, and long-term deployment in both indoor and outdoor environments. The reinforced cabinet design allows secure mounting to a variety of surfaces using anchor bolts, making it ideal for installation across campuses, transportation hubs, stadiums, government facilities, commercial centers, and other critical infrastructure.

Security & Access Control

The APEX locker integrates a robust security system consisting of a custom combination lock with master key override, allowing agencies to maintain controlled access while preserving operational flexibility. The industrial-grade locking system can be configured to support fleet keying, enabling a single code and/or master key to access multiple lockers staged across large geographic areas.

This unified access approach simplifies deployment logistics and ensures responding personnel can quickly retrieve equipment regardless of incident location.
