Promotion Period: Begins July 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 4, 2026.

Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced at a later date after eligibility verification is completed.

Entry Website: Entries must be submitted through the official Jersey Tactical Corp website.

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, donation, or obligation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning.

2. Giveaway Categories

The Giveaway will award one prize package in each of the following categories:

Category 1: U.S. Law Enforcement Entities and Tactical Teams

Open to U.S. law enforcement agencies, departments, units, and tactical teams. The person submitting the entry must be an active member of the law enforcement entity or tactical team being entered.

Category 2: Individual Officers / Operators

Open to individual active law enforcement officers or tactical operators in the United States. The entrant must be able to prove active employment or active official status.

Category 3: First Responders, Fire, and EMS

Open to active first responders, firefighters, and emergency medical services personnel in the United States. The entrant must be able to prove active employment, membership, or official status.

3. Eligibility

To enter, an individual must:

• Be a legal resident of the United States.
• Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry, or older if required by law or by the nature of the prize.
• Enter only in the category for which the entrant is eligible.
• Submit complete and truthful information through the Jersey Tactical Corp website.
• Be actively employed, appointed, assigned, or officially affiliated with an eligible agency, department, unit, team, fire service, EMS organization, or first responder organization at the time of entry and at the time of prize award.

Employees, officers, owners, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Jersey Tactical Corp may not enter unless Jersey Tactical Corp chooses to permit them and clearly discloses that in advance.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must visit the Jersey Tactical Corp website during the Promotion Period and complete the official entry form.

The entry form will request:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• State
• Category entered
• Agency, department, team, unit, fire service, EMS organization, or responder organization
• Job title, rank, role, or position
• Confirmation that the entrant meets eligibility requirements
• Agreement to these Official Rules
• Consent to be contacted for eligibility verification if selected as a potential winner

Limit: One entry per person. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or misleading entries may be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection

After the Promotion Period ends, Jersey Tactical Corp will select one potential winner from each category by random drawing from all eligible entries received in that category.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in each category.

Jersey Tactical Corp will use an internal random selection process or a third-party random drawing tool. Jersey Tactical Corp shal keep records of the drawing process for transparency and fairness.

6. Winner Verification

Potential winners are not official winners until eligibility has been verified.

Before any prize is delivered, each potential winner must provide proof that they are actively employed, appointed, assigned, or officially affiliated with the category they entered.

Acceptable proof includes one or more of the following:

• Official agency email confirmation
• Department letterhead confirmation
• Supervisor or command staff confirmation
• Active employment identification
• Active duty roster confirmation
• Fire, EMS, or responder organization verification
• Other documentation reasonably requested by Jersey Tactical Corp

Jersey Tactical Corp may refuse to award a prize if verification is incomplete, false, expired, unverifiable, or inconsistent with the entered category.

7. Category-Specific Verification

Category 1

The entrant must prove they are an active member of the U.S. law enforcement entity, department, unit, or tactical team entered. Jersey Tactical Corp may require command-level approval before delivering the prize to an agency, department, unit, or team.

Category 2

The entrant must prove they are an active law enforcement officer or tactical operator in the United States.

Category 3

The entrant must prove they are an active first responder, firefighter, or EMS provider in the United States.

8. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered only after successful eligibility verification.

If a prize is intended for an agency, department, tactical team, fire service, EMS organization, or responder organization, Jersey Tactical Corp may deliver the prize directly to the organization rather than to the individual entrant.

Jersey Tactical Corp may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

No cash alternative, transfer, substitution, or assignment is permitted except at Jersey Tactical Corp’s discretion.

9. Legal and Agency Compliance

All prizes are subject to federal, state, and local laws, regulations, agency policies, departmental approval, and any applicable shipping restrictions.

If a prize requires special authorization, agency acceptance, or other legal clearance, the winner must satisfy those requirements before the prize is awarded.

Jersey Tactical Corp reserves the right to withhold, substitute, or decline to award any prize if delivery would violate law, regulation, policy, or public safety requirements.

10. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and reporting obligations associated with accepting a prize. Jersey Tactical Corp may require completed tax documentation before awarding a prize if required by law.

11. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners authorize Jersey Tactical Corp to use their name, agency or organization name, city/state, photo, likeness, and general prize information for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law or agency policy.

For law enforcement, tactical, fire, EMS, and first responder winners, Jersey Tactical Corp will respect reasonable operational security and agency confidentiality concerns.

12. Disqualification

Jersey Tactical Corp may disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides false or misleading information
• Enters in the wrong category
• Cannot verify eligibility
• Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods
• Attempts to manipulate the Giveaway
• Violates these Official Rules
• Acts in a way that harms the integrity or reputation of the Giveaway

13. Privacy

Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, award prizes, and promote Jersey Tactical Corp where permitted.

Jersey Tactical Corp will not publicly post sensitive employment credentials, identification cards, badge numbers, personal addresses, or confidential agency information.

14. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway may be promoted on social media, but entry must be completed through the Jersey Tactical Corp website.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release those platforms from responsibility related to the Giveaway.

15. Sponsor Rights

Jersey Tactical Corp reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or delay the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, legal restrictions, supply issues, force majeure, or any other issue compromises the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.

16. Final Decision

Jersey Tactical Corp’s decisions regarding eligibility, verification, winner selection, prize delivery, and rule interpretation are final.
